Getting started

Send me an email, or use the booking form below, for us to arrange a free introductory call for up to 20 minutes.

This will enable us both to gain an initial sense of one another and for me to begin to understand what you might need in therapy.

It will also be an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you might have at this stage, and for us to see if booking a therapy appointment for an initial consultation would feel helpful for you.
